Mariah plays an integral role in preparing each wedding space with care and precision. As part of the setup and teardown team, she supports the transformation of each venue — from arranging tables and décor to ensuring every detail is thoughtfully placed and beautifully aligned.
Known for her calm and composed presence, Mariah brings a steady, dependable energy to the wedding day. She approaches each event with attentiveness and a willingness to support wherever needed, helping both the team and vendor partners feel at ease.
Her eye for detail is one of her greatest strengths. From perfectly aligned chairs to carefully styled finishing touches, she takes pride in ensuring every element contributes to a cohesive and polished final result.
Since joining Cailin Billings Events, Mariah has been part of bringing countless celebrations to life, finding the most reward in seeing each space come together after months of thoughtful planning.
Outside of weddings, she enjoys baking and spending time outdoors, often exploring local hiking trails.

My own wedding taught me a hard lesson: no matter how carefully you plan, things can slip through the cracks without someone there to hold it all together. I walked away wishing I had a profession by my side - something to ask the right questions, catch the details, and let me actually enjoy the day I’d spend so long dreaming about. That experience is exactly what led me here. I’m Cailin, a regular caffeine-fueled, margarita-loving gal who just happens to be passionate about making sure your wedding day feels as effortless and joyful as it should.
